I want to give them 0 stars to a company who made you buy stuff because it was a free app and now they charge you so I have a wink relay, hub, sensors and and other things that won't work any more unless I buy they're service....
This company is pretty much out of business. System would go down for 2 to 3 days at a time and all you get is we're working on it.
Wink, is not longer available unless you pay for monthly service. App still doesn't work correctly after you pay. Gone is free lifetime Service. All my wink bulbs,wall hub and accessories were sent to the dumps. Kasa switches are awesomea
Update: you guys suck, you added not one suggestion, no new changes since I wrote my review back in 2017. OLD REVIEW: I see you guys making a comeback, everyone loves an underdog. I hope you don't disappoint, I love the new icons, please add more. Add a driveway, a gazebo, a garage door, a pool table, a wrestling mat pleaseeeee! And add an "and" option to the robots section. Example, if door is open "and" unlocked then turn lights on.
So after buying a light and connecting it.. I was ready to control my new light with my phone..so i pulled out them instructions with a smile from ear to ear thinking I was moving up in the world just to find out I have to pay a monthly fee to do so..I no longer felt cool at all..good thing I still my receipt so I can return it
Doesn't work half the time and I'm a paid subscriber... will have to replace all of them with Hue like my others. I tried to keep it
sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't, slow to respond and connect. little to no options without a subscription.
Complete scam. Subscription to do almost nothing but link to older home automation items. Can't add a Wink hub etc. Can't even create an account without subscribing.
Loses connection to internet constantly and requires subscription pretty much paying for nothing.
